Bread of Life by Daniel was born from a deep passion for artisan bread and the European traditions that shaped my story.

I am Portuguese, I come from Europe, and for more than 15 years I had the privilege of working with Italian cuisine in restaurants, where I learned that the quality of ingredients and respect for time are the foundation of everything truly special. This journey awakened in me a constant desire to learn, evolve, and expand my knowledge in artisan baking.

My Christian faith is an essential part of who I am, which is why the name Bread of Life carries such an important meaning bread as a symbol of life, provision, and love. Every loaf I produce is made with dedication, purpose, and gratitude.

I use carefully selected flours sourced directly from Europe Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France always seeking the most natural raw ingredients possible, free from unnecessary chemicals, and prioritizing high-quality organic ingredients. The process is slow, with long and natural fermentations, respecting the time the bread needs to develop flavor, texture, and nutrition.
