At Bread of Life by Daniel, we take pride in crafting fresh, artisan sourdough bread using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Perishable Product Policy

Due to the nature of fresh baked goods, all bread and food items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return once they leave our premises.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Fresh bread loaves

  • Custom or special orders

  • Promotional or discounted items

2. Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a product defect), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

To process a review, we may request:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A photo of the product

  • A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun.

Custom or large batch orders may require 48-hour cancellation notice to be eligible for refund.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery, please notify us within 24 hours with photo evidence. We will review and work toward a fair resolution.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Product quality issues due to delayed pickup

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Taste preferences

  • Improper storage after pickup or delivery

  • Products consumed before reporting an issue
